What is the minimum order for powder pouch co-packing at Overgang?
Our minimum run is 2,000 pouches per shift and our typical customer sweet spot is under 15,000 — but we can push up to 24,000 for single-flavor runs. We can also run multiple flavors in one day if your film size is consistent and no allergen cleanout is needed between SKUs. Virtually unheard of in co-packing.

What powder fill weights can Overgang run?
We fill powders from 9 grams to 75 grams using our horizontal form fill seal machine. This covers a wide range of supplement and single-serve food formats.
What pouch formats does Overgang offer?
Roll stock sachets from 3"×3" up to 5.5"×9" tall, and zipper pouches up to 5.5" wide by 9" tall. Both available for powder fills in the 9–75g range.

Fractional ownership is modeled on the NetJets model — you get dedicated production capacity without buying or operating a machine yourself. You commit to 6–30 production days per year.
