We publish our pricing because we believe you deserve to know what something costs before you get on a call. Day-rate pricing, honest policies, nothing hidden.

What a production
day costs.

Price is based on one thing: how many SKUs and changeovers you need in a day. Simple.

Multi-flavor / 2 changeovers $4,500 per production day

Multiple SKUs, same film size.

Running 2–3 flavors of the same product in one day. Requires the same film size across all SKUs and no allergen cleanout between runs.

  • Everything in single-flavor run
  • Up to 2 changeovers
  • Extended production day
  • Same film size required
  • No allergen cleanout between SKUs
Fractional ownership Custom 6–30 days/year commitment

Dedicated capacity. No overhead.

How fill weight affects
your pouch count.

Heavier fills mean slower runs — the machine physically takes longer to dose more powder. Here's what to expect at different fill weights.

Fill Weight Range Typical Max Pouches/Day Best For Notes
Light (9g–20g) Up to 25,000 Single-serve electrolytes, small dose supplements Fastest throughput — light, free-flowing powders
Medium (20g–50g) Up to 15,000 Pre-workout, protein blends, drink mixes Most common range for supplement brands
Heavy (50g–90g) Up to 10,000 Meal replacements, high-dose powders Slower fill cycle — plan run size accordingly
Gusset pouches Varies by width Larger multi-serve formats up to 500g Width-limited — confirm specs before booking

* Throughput figures are maximums under ideal conditions. Actual counts vary based on powder density, flow characteristics, and pouch format. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you submit your specs.

Every factor that
moves the number.

Nothing hidden. Here is every variable that affects what you pay.

Increases day rate

Multiple flavors / changeovers

Each flavor change requires stopping the machine, cleaning the fill system, reloading materials, and recalibrating. Two changeovers in a day adds approximately $1,000 to your day rate to cover setup time, downtime, and a longer production day.

Affects pouch count, not day rate

Fill weight

Heavier fills mean fewer pouches per day — the machine runs slower at higher fill weights. Your day rate stays the same but your per-unit cost changes based on how many pouches we can run. Light fills (under 20g) can reach 25,000 pouches. Heavy fills (50–90g) typically run around 10,000.

No additional charge

Rush scheduling

We don't charge extra for urgent requests. If we have availability, we'll get you on the schedule. We just need all materials on-site before your production date.

Half day charge applies

Missing or late materials

If your bulk powder or roll stock doesn't arrive before your scheduled production day, we charge 50% of your booked day rate for our downtime. We have staff scheduled and a machine reserved. This policy protects our team — and frankly, it's the same protection you'd want if the roles were reversed.

Why we publish this.

We got burned by co-packers who hid their pricing, changed terms at the last minute, and sent invoices that looked nothing like what was discussed. One of our founders lost nearly $250,000 dealing with exactly that.

So we put everything on the page. You know what you're paying before you commit. You know what happens if materials are late. You know how fill weight affects your run. No surprises.

If something about your project doesn't fit neatly into these buckets — unusual powder, complex pouch format, large multi-day run — just ask. We'll give you an honest number and explain exactly how we got there.

How we run things.

Straight answers to the policy questions every brand should ask before booking.

01

Bulk packout is standard

All runs are bulk packout by default — your finished pouches are counted and bagged in bulk for you to take to your fulfillment center or warehouse. This is what we recommend for every brand until you have a proven, consistent SKU going into a defined channel.

02

Assembly is available as an add-on

Need pouches placed into retail boxes or subscription kits? Assembly is available for an additional fee. Ask about it when you request a quote. We'll price it based on your specific packaging requirements.

03

You supply materials — we run them

You ship us your bulk powder (pre-blended, ready to fill) and your roll stock film. We don't source materials or do blending. This keeps your formulas, your suppliers, and your costs entirely in your control.

04

Multi-flavor rules

We can run multiple flavors in one day if your film size is consistent across SKUs and no allergen cleanout is required between runs. This is rare in the industry and saves you from paying a full day rate per flavor.

05

Materials must be on-site before run day

All powder and roll stock must arrive at our facility before your scheduled production date. Late or missing materials result in a 50% day-rate charge for our team's downtime. Ship with tracking and build in buffer time.

06

We'll tell you if we're not the right fit

If your fill weight, pouch size, or run requirements fall outside what we can do well, we'll tell you upfront — not after you've shipped materials. We'd rather lose a job than do it wrong.
